1. Order Process

  • All orders are confirmed after payment verification.
  • Customers will receive order details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

2. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver in Karachi, Lyari, and all major cities of Pakistan.
  • Delivery time:
    • Karachi & Lyari: 1–3 working days
    • Other cities: 3–7 working days
    • Delivery Charges:
      • Karachi: Rs. 200 – Rs. 300
      • Lyari: Rs. 150 – Rs. 250 depending on exact area

3. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • EasyPaisa
  • JazzCash

4. Exchange Policy

  • Size Exchange Only: We offer size exchange within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.
  • Damaged/Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, share an unboxing video within 24 hours. We’ll replace it free of charge.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Only exchange or store credit.
  • Customer pays return delivery charges unless the mistake is from our side.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation charges may apply if fabric is already cut/stitched.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Used or washed clothing
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Customized products

Customers should:

  • Provide correct address and contact information.
  • Check product size and details before ordering.
